By-Election 2012
Not all of the positions within the UHISA Executive were filled within the main Election of 2012, so be are holding a by-election

Campaigns
30th April => 4th May This is your chance to promote yourself and your manifesto in the hope of attracting students who will vote for you. There are rules in how you can campaign and how much money you can spend. The retuning officer will make this clear to you before the campaign period.
Hustings
There will be no hustings for the by-election
Hustings is a chance for candidates to make a speech to the students who attend and convince them to vote. It is also an opportunity for the students to ask the candidates questions and a chance for you and other candidates to ask each other questions. It is held via video conference. It can be a lot of fun!
Voting
7th May => 9th May @ 12 noon At it sounds, these are the voting days for the election. Voting is done online at UHI Records and every UHI student is entitled to vote.
